Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients

• 30ml Three Wise Men Navy Jack Gin

• 30ml Three Wise Men Limoncello

• 60ml pineapple juice

• 1tsp sugar

• Juice of 1/4 lemon

• Egg white (optional)

Method

1. Place in the bottom of a cocktail shaker both the gin and the limoncello, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until well mixed.

2. Add ice and pineapple juice and shake vigorously for at least 30-45 seconds.

3. Strain into you favorite glass and enjoy.

   Option: after shaking for the first 30 seconds, add the egg white and continue shaking for an additional 45 seconds. Then proceed to strain into the serving glass. The egg white will created a foam like effect on the cocktail and a light yet rich flavour.
