Pomegranate Fizzzz

Ingredients

• 30ml Three Wise Men The Stable Signature Gin

• 30ml pomegranate juice

• 60ml apple juice

• 2 tsp sugar

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

• Tonic water to top

• Ice

For the rim of the glass:

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1/4 wedge of lemon or lime

Method

1. In a lager jug combine sugar, cinnamon, gin, lemon and pomegranate juice and stir until

   sugar has fully dissolved.

2. Then combine the remaining ingredients, a scoop of ice and continue stirring until well mixed and thoroughly chilled.

3. For the glass, mix sugar and salt together on a separate plate. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass then place the rim of the glass in the salt-sugar mix to coat.

4. Add ice and the lemon wedge into the glass and strain cocktail over the ice.

5. Top up with the tonic water.

   Option: this cocktail can also be shaken.
