Orange Sunrise

Ingredients

• 30ml Three Wise Men Orange Grove Gin

• 30ml Three Wise Men Limoncello

• 2 tsp honey

• 60ml apple juice

• Juice of 1/2 orange

• Sprig of fresh mint

• Soda water

• Ice

• Grapefruit (optional)

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 to 45 seconds.

2. Strain to separate ice and any solids from the cocktail into a chilled glass and top up with the soda

   water.

3. Garnish with mint and slice of grapefruit (optional).

   Option: this cocktail can also be stirred.
